Items must be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged with tags attached. Once received, you’ll receive store credit equal to the item’s price, valid for one year. For exchanges, please use our Returns Portal or email eyeconicbysam@gmail.com for support. We repair manufacturing faults; email images to discuss options. No repairs are accepted after 365 days from the order date.

 

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS

International duties and taxes are included in your order’s shipping cost upon checkout, and these fees are non-refundable. Any additional charges, such as taxation or customs clearance fees upon entry into your country, are your responsibility. For more information, please consult your country’s government website. If you’re not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for store credit within 14 days of receipt, provided the items are unworn, unwashed, and undamaged with tags attached. Once we receive the item, you’ll receive store credit equal to its value, valid for one year. For exchanges, please email us within 14 days of receiving your order, specifying the desired size or item, and we’ll assist based on availability.
